The HiBlow air pump warranty starts based on the date embedded in the serial number. For example, in the serial number 062312692, the first four digits (0623) mean the warranty begins in June 2023. However, HiBlow understands that the pump may be installed later than the manufacturing date, so they are flexible.
To protect yourself, take a dated photo of the serial number when you install the pump into the basin. If an issue arises later, take pictures of the pump’s internal components (by removing the cover) during maintenance. Keeping spare parts like a repair kit or a backup pump on hand can also help reduce downtime.
If you need to file a warranty claim, go to https://www.hiblow-usa.com/warranty-claim/ and fill out the form with the serial number and model number. HiBlow will either send you a new pump if the original is not repairable or provide a repair kit to fix it. While they will ensure you are taken care of, service call costs are not reimbursed.
