SludgeHammer® Warranty

As the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this warranty, SludgeHammer® will repair or replace defective parts returned (prepaid) to SludgeHammer® and deemed defective upon inspection. This warranty is void if misuse or neglect is determined to be the cause of failure.

The SludgeHammer® Guarantee
Limited Lifetime Warranty

SludgeHammer® provides a limited lifetime warranty on its units and systems purchased new by the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship, provided that all parts are serviced and maintained at least annually by a certified SludgeHammer® representative or an approved third party (with prior written approval) and the signed maintenance contract is submitted to the manufacturer annually. Accessories and pumps are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase, provided they are maintained annually and protected from the elements, excluding components or options covered by separate third-party manufacturer warranties, which will apply instead.

The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners under the following conditions: the new owner must provide proof of property ownership, ensure consistent maintenance by a certified SludgeHammer® representative, and maintain daily usage of the septic system within the design parameters of the original Health Department Permit and specifications of the corresponding SludgeHammer® model. The system must remain installed at its original location, and the new owner must comply with all maintenance requirements outlined in this warranty and the parameters of the original Health Department Permit issued to the property. SludgeHammer® assigns any and all third-party component manufacturer warranties to the customer.
