The unique SludgeHammer Blend™ is a specially formulated combination of naturally occurring aerobic & facultative bacteria designed to work in harmony to break down organic matter. The bacteria in the blend target and consume organic waste, such as fats, oils, proteins, and other materials found in wastewater, accelerating the decomposition and digestion process.
The enzymes produced by these bacteria enhance this action by accelerating the breakdown of complex organic compounds, breaking them into simpler substances that can be more easily processed. This combination not only improves the efficiency of wastewater treatment but also helps to maintain system functionality by preventing buildup and clogs.

This case study highlights a septic system upgrade in Coloma, Michigan, where a high water table caused system failure. The site presented three major challenges: limited space for installation, a water level near the surface, and a small lot that couldn’t support traditional systems. These issues made a standard septic solution unworkable.
